Restructure, Redundancy and Reward

Redundancy and Restructure go hand in hand. It is inevitable that following a redundancy exercise, there will be a restructure and possibly vice versa. In making redundancies you need to be sure not to inadvertently loose those who you wish to retain (as these are commonly the most employable). Lines of reporting and ways of working frequently change. Employees need to be motivated, not unsettled and so follows the issue of reward, how to make remaining employees feel valued and “buy in to the change” and not be concerned that they will be next to be “let go” !

Our interactive and dynamic sessions will look at how businesses can best protect themselves and plan during these uncertain times.
